Sending' reported error (0x80004005) : 'The operation failed'

Anyone can help me? I can receive emails but when I tried to send it always
prompt me the error coded below :

Task 'Email Account - Sending' reported error (0x80004005) : 'The operation
failed'

I have tried searching the web, and it seems I'm not able to find any
answers..
