Sending/Receiving emails from MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

I am receiving error messages when trying to send/receive emails in
OUTLOOK.So far I have not been successful in using the program

I am not able to add accounts correctly to the TOOLS - add email account
option.

Any suggestions

And what is the exact text of those messages?

Can you add them via Control Panel>Mail?
