I am having problems with people not receiving my emails....sometimes they
get them and sometimes they don't. I use a cable modem. If I create an
email to a certain friend...she won't get it, but I can reply to her emails
to me and she gets my response. Yes...I have checked my address book and all
email addresses are correct. Can anyone help?

What version of Outlook do you have? Do you get any errors when you try to
send? If not, do the messages get moved to Sent Items?

Thanks for your response. It is Microsoft Office 2003(Microsoft Office Basic
Edition 2003). Brand new computer received from Dell. I don't get
errors...the emails I send got into the Sent folder

I meant Microsoft Outlook 2003

If the messages get moved to Sent Items, they were successfully sent to the
server by Outlook. If they're not reaching their destinations, something
is preventing their delivery - my guess is an over-zealous spam filter
somewhere along the line. You might want to contact your ISP for help.
