Sending Pictures

I want to know if I want to send a picture to someone if I go to file and
click on send it will always go to outlook express mail window. Is there
anyway to change that so it goes to another email window? I use earthlink
(sprintmail.com). Can I do that?

Usually, you can browse for the image you want and select it as an attached
file from within the mail program you actually use. Would you specifically
not want to do this for some reason?
