By going to My Pictures: I have several "folders' of
photos, including Kodak EasyShare on the computer.(We
have Kodak EasyShare camera DX4330.) Using the camera is
easy; using the Kodak pictures software is not so much.(?)
I 'see' these photos or files in folders marked Kodak.
but if I try and Send the folder by E-mail I get this
message:
"Windows has experienced a problem and needs to shut
down. You may lose data." I don't think I lose data ?
but it DOES shut down!. Then I am back at my start
page. any suggestions out there?

How do I contact Windows by E-mail??? Thanks in
advance for the help. Myra

Instead of trying to send the folder, open it and test send a photo to
yourself to see what happens. If all goes well, just open the folder and
select the photos you want to send. Even though a folder is 'technically' a
file, Windows sometimes has trouble making that distinction. I doubt you
will have much success receiving assistance directly from Microsoft.
However, forums such as this one are excellent resources.
