sending messages

all of a sudden today, I cannot send messages, a box pops up and says error
computer terminated the connection due to server problem, network problems.
Error number 0x800CCC0F. What do I need to do to fix this problem

We usually need the entire error message, not just the error number, to
offer
much help. Right click on it and copy it to your next message.

Please give us the exact and complete error message.

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no protection not provided by the regular
resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled. The latest version of Trend's
anti-virus seems to be causing problems too.

Sometimes, the problem is actually at the server. Wait a couple of hours,
chill out, have a beer and see if the problem clears itself.
