Sending Meeting request through Internet

My corporate email is Outlook 2003. My wife uses Outlook as her
corporate email as well, though at a different company.

Is there a way to send meeting / appointment / task requests to her, and
have them appear in her calendar?

Is there a way we can view each other's calendars?

If you send them in Rich Text, she should be able to have them appear in her
calendar
