I seem to have some kind of setting problem with my email service on outlook.
I use outlook 2000 on a new computor, having moved from an older version on
my older laptop. I set up outlook to be my main mail service using my
freeserve account as the main server but my dial up connection is with AOL as
i have joined them for broadband, which I should have in about 1 week.
However, although I can receive mail outlook it wont send anything, although
when I first set it up I could. Now I get the follwing error message in the
message delivery box 'this message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. server response: 550 adminastrative
prohibition - error no 0x800ccc79' this message appears if I have one or many
items of mail in my outbox. The only mail that will go through it to my own
eamil address. any ideas? is there a phone helpline for microsoft outlook?

It's not Outlook's problem. What SMTP server are you using? If you're
using AOL's you'll need to use your AOL username.password on the Outgoing
Server tab of your account properties pages.
