Hi,

My wife and I use the Outlook to get POP mail from both of
our accounts (mine's Yahoo, her's Juno). The problem is
that my Yahoo account is set as the default for sending
messages, so that when she types and sends an e-mail, she
has to remember to manually go into "Options" and change
the "send using" selection so the message doesn't end up
being from me when it's really from her.

Is there some way to create an automatic reminder prompt
every time a new message is created? Perhaps a simple
macro that I can put into the rules wizard?

Thanks!

Why don't the two of you use profiles, where each will have their own "copy"
of Outlook and their own mail account and settings?

How is that set up? Different profiles
Would that solve the problem I have of four different companies, four different stationery and four different signatures, and not to mention the four different accounts from whom it is coming
Why does it seem like Outlook does less than Outlook Express
Am I the only one with this problem

Outlook is not related to OE in any way. stop trying to compare them.

If you post your version and mode of Outlook, answers can be given.
Appending your message to an unrelated thread does nothing to sort the
initial problem.
