The strangest thing...when I try to send email the whole internet connection
locks up (cannot browse or use any program that needs to be online), cannot
close Outlook, nor I can shut down Windows. The same happens when using
Outlook Express, but not when using another email program like Eudora.
Has anybody else had a problem like this? What do I do?
