Sending links

I am trying to send a link from the explorer browser and
when I do it the outlook pops up for me to put a email
address on, but does not have the link attached because
it "potentially unsafe index.url"...how do i get back to
being able to send links....thanks for your help

You can just copy paste the address bar into the message field or use a
utility called MailTO_URL which can be downloaded here

To unbock certian potentially unsafe extensions;
