Sending Interviews to people as a FYI in a meeting form

I need to send Interview Appointments to a variety of people w/i the company.
These are so co-workers will know when a candidate is coming in but does not
have to Hassle w/ accepting, declining. I tried to do it by picking optional
attendence but not what I was looking for..... Is there any help for me????
 
Meghan,
when you are ready to send the invitation, go the Actions on the menu and
uncheck the Request responses button. That way the information will be sent,
but shouldn't require any action by the receivers.
