Sending Emails

I own 4 businesses all of each have internet access - can someone explain why
I can send emails from 1 of the businesses but cannot send from my other 3
businesses.
 
Sure it can be explained if there is more (complete)description of all of your 4
email setups included with your post

I just take my laptop from businesess to business and can receive all but
send from just 1 - my staff can send & receive from all 4 locations.
Our ISP is the same for all 4 businesses.
Any clues?
 
What is your version of Outlook? What is your account type (POP/SMTP, IMAP)?

When you "cannot send", what exactly happens? Do you get an error message?
