Sending email with addresses from Excel spreadsheet

We need to send out about 2,000 emails, all the same. The email addresses of
the recipients are in an Excel spreadsheet. Using third-party software is
out of the question. Is there a way to do that?

Type in "Mail Merge" into Outlook help.....
