Sending email to public folder

How do you send email to a public folder? I have been going through my
exchange books and searching all over microsoft for documentation on how to
do this. I have found info on how to do it with exchange 5.5 but not on 2000
can someone please point me in the right direction?

Address your e-mail to the e-mail address of the public folder. It's
probably "(e-mail address removed)".
 
I just figured it out on the properties you go to home page and where it says
address you just type in whatever email you want to use.
