Sending email to all employees

I would like to send an "individualized" email to each
employee listed in my contact list (individualized where
only their name is listed in the To field). Is there a
way to do it with Outlook 2k? Or am I left with going to
a 3rd party solution?

Wordmail Merge might be able to, but I haven't ever used it.
