Sending email from multiple accounts in Outlook 2000/2002

We have another Exchange mailbox open on Outlook and would like the from
field to be populated automatically from each mail account.

Ideally we would also like to be able to set the ecnryption and signing
parameters for each mailbox so one email account always encypts and the other
doesn't.

If you're using Outlook 2000 or later this usually already happens
automatically if you are located in the other account's inbox when you
invoke the new message inspector. At least that's what I found so far.

If this doesn't work for you, (warning: another shameless plug ahead -
the last one for today, I promise) then you might want to take a look
at an add-in we created, which will also do exactly this. In addition,
it will (optionally) move or copy sent messages to the respective
mailbox's Sent Items folder (Short Flash demo and 100-message trial
version download available):

Our add-in doesn't do this explicitly (yet). If you couldn't find
another solution for this but you still like our add-in, feel free to
contact us and we'll see if we could put that in as well.
