How does one send a group message with multiple recipients that is blind in the sense that the recipient can not see who else received the email? I know it can be done through the bcc command, but is there another way?

Thanks,

Steve

You can use mail merge from within Word. It will take longer but you can
personalize each mail automatically

Select contacts, in other words highlight all those contacts you would like the messgae to go to, then go to TOOLs, mail merge and follow instructions. Select merge to email. Mail merge opens Word for you, document behaves like a Word doc. You can insert as many merge fields as you like.
My tip: Work offline first, because once you select "merge to mail" Word puts all those merged messages into your Outlook outbox. Good idea also to send a copy of your merged letter/mail to yourself so you can see the real thing

Each receipient will receive a personalised mail from you, without knowing that you've sent it to many others.

Best select plain text option as not all receivers might be able to receive HTML.
