Is there a way to have Outlook (2003) send a message automatically at the
same time every day to the same person? No, not spam. I want to be sure my
e-mail at my Philadelphia office is getting forwarded to my PDA/Cellphone
when I am on the road. Unless I am at a computer with an internet
connection, such as at my home office, the only way for me to tell that
nothing is being forwarded is to notice that I haven't gotten anything for a
while. I don't get a huge volume of e-mail, probably 4-8/day (we have a
pretty good antispam service), so I have no way to tell if no mail on the
PDA/Cell phone for a while means (1) I didn't get any or (2) I got mail but
that the connection is broken. If the connection is working OK, getting an
automatic message on my PDA/Cellphone at a fixed time every day would
provide a simple assurance that all's well. .
