sending attachments

i'm using Outlook 2000
on a windows 2000 platform.
periodically, other users and i will try to "send as attachment", but the
send button doesn't do anything at all. you can hit it 50 times and get
nothing. BUT if you save the email, close it, then reopen it in outlook it
sends without any issues. any ideas?
 
Not sure, but CTRL+ENTER should send it as well without saving it first

You're welcome! :-)

Haven't found it myself either. I have it on my machine at work as well so
when I ever find the time troubleshooting and actually finding it I'll post
it on my site.

Two things I know for sure;
-it is somewhere in the profile of the logged on user as it works when I log
on as a different user
-it's not in the mail profile as recreating it doesn't solve the issue
