Is there a way to select multiple files or folder and then amail each file
or folder individually to the same recipient in Outlook, without adding them
to 1 zipped folder?

Thanks

you can't email folders.
You can multiply select files via Insert | File just as you usually multiply
select files.

What I meant was sending each attachment seperatly. 1 attachment per
email.

Are you saying that you want Outlook to cycle through a list of files,
sending each as an attachment to a message to one or more recipients? That
doesn't seem possible to me without a batch job.
