I understand it is possible to make an appointment in one's Outlook 2003
calendar and invite other people (not necessarily using Outlook) by email,
by typing their email address in the relevant lines on the scheduling
screen.
I tested this feature by inviting myself using my hotmail email account but
the email didn't arrive.
Is this a reliable feature of Outlook and should it work with any email
address?
