I want to send an e-mail from Outlook but do not want them to know it's from
me. Is it possible to block that information from the recipient? Thanks!

Not really, you could remove your details from the email account but
something is always trackable back to you. You could use a fresh webmail
account for this purpose, though.

That type of thing can get you banned from your mail account.

That said, you can have the message appear to be from any address you want,
including the recipient's. Open your account properties and make the sender
address anything you like.

One thing to think about, the email you send from an unknown or blank address
could be easily deleted without being read, or trapped as spam or junk. If I
received an email from an unknown address or it had no address, I would
delete it without a second thought.
