sending and recieving

I am trying to set up my email. I used pop3.q.com and smtp.q.com but it
says it is not working. When I try (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) it says it is
not valid. What am I supposed to use?
 
A quick check seems to indicate that q.com is connected to quest.net, who
only supplies a Hotmail email address.
You should call your ISP for the required information.
