When sending an email with Verdana Font in the new
Outlook, it only passes the Font Size and color to the
recepient of the email.

Therefore, the Verdana does not show, and it shows as
Times New Roman, the users default font.

Please help!

Hi there

If the recipient of the email wants to use their own font, and not yours, there's nothing you can do

Everyone has their own preferences, and Outlook has a setting to change how the fonts are displayed. If the recipient only accepts Plain Text, and you send HTML or Rich Text, then it will just use what the recipients Plain Text font is

Hope this help

Hi,

Maybe if fonts are so important; you could try and prepare your document
as a bitmap and paste it to yr email client, but then depending on what/how
the receipients email client is/setup they may never get the email anyway.

Just a wee thought.
