Send the entire page (So they can see how the Java Applet is inserted)
plus the Java Applet and the used images.
make sure relative paths are maintained.

If the banner is just an image, attach it to an email and send.
However, the recipients anti-virus program may be blocking the banner (based
on filename and/or size) for the recipients "own protection". In this case
place the banner in a .zip file, or upload it to a website and allow the
recipient to download from there.
