sending a video

I am in window movie maker and want to send a short video to someone. How do
I do this? I typically use yahoo mail. It is asking for incoming server and
outgoing server. Where do I find this information. Is this possible to do?
 
Save the video. Open Yahoo Mail, then attach the video file to an outgoing message.
