Sending a report by email for a single/specific record

I am trying to send a report by email. How do I limit this email report to
include information for a single record and not the entire table?

You'll have use that record's key value to filter the query behind the report.
Say you're looking at a specific record on a form (ex. ClientID = 12345) and you would
like to email that info.
Your query behind the report would have a criteria against the ClientID field of...
=Forms!frmYourFormName!ClientID
That will filter the report for just that unique ClientID.
