Based on my experience, the issue may occur in several situations and to
narrow the
issue down may be time consuming. Your patience and cooperation are

To narrow it down, let us try the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Please check if anti-virus or firewall program is installed on your
computer. If
so, please disable the anti-virus or firewall program and check if the
problem
still occurs
Note: Disable the anti-virus and firewall program is only used to check if
the they
are the cause of the problem and after checking we can still use it to
protect the
computer.
2) If the problem stil occurs, please check the confoguration of the
problematic
email is correct.
