Hi. We have a problem in our office, when I send an email to everyone,
they can see it's from me, so the From section is not empty which is
normal. What is not normal is when I send emails to 3 people, they say
the "FROM" part of the email they received from me is empty!

Please let me know what should I do to solve this problem.
(e-mail address removed)

Thanks

Hi - When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode
(if applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About.
Also include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent
details. Be sure to put a consise summary of your question in the subject
line, and the full details in the body of your post.

That said - can you reproduce this when you email your own external
addresses?

Thanks for your message. Sorry for not putting all the info, that was
my first post here. I am trying to investigate that problem for one of
my co-workers: she uses Outlook 2003, SP1. No mode was found there.

She hasthis problem when she sends an email to 3 clients of hers and
that's it. I am getting no error myself and sent email to other people
with no problem.

thanks in advance

Try creating a new mail profile for her, then. You still haven't included
info on the kind of e-mail account(s) she uses, though.
