lately some of my email receipiants have complained that
they receive multiple copies of email from me.

I noticed last night that when I send email, with the
status box open it shows 4 sending and receiving each time
that i send an email, the receiver gets 4 emails,

anybody got any ideas????

How many accounts do you have defined? What version of Outlook are you
running?
