Send To option grayed out

Within Access 2003; with the database open, the Send To option is there, but
greyed out. Within Office XP it works - I can right click a file folder and
the Send To is active from there.

Where can I activate this feature within Access?
 
are you sure an object is highlighted?

if I highlight a Table - my Send To is active

if no Table (or anything) is highlighted ....then my Send To is grayed out
