send to menu

is there a way to delete items like My Documents and Shared Documents
from the send to menu that comes up when right clicking a file?

Per user setting (unless you edit the Default User profile as well, then all
new users only have what you put here):

Go to:

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUsername\SendTo

Look in there, delete what you don't want, add what you want. I always add
Notepad.
