"Send to Mail Recipient/Email this file" is broken

Hi,

I am using Outlook2003, and I noticed that "Send to Mail Recipient/Email
this file" do not work. If I change my default email program to Outlook
Express in Internet Properties/Programs the shortcut works.

How can I fix this options so that it works with Outlook2003? Thanks in
advance.

A repair/reinstall of Office did the trick. Thanks to MS Office email
tech support. HTH someone else.
