Send to Link is broken

when I select "send link to email" from my browser IE, nothing happens. I
checked the settings in Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer.
 
Open IE and goto Tools/ Internet Options / Programs.

Verify that Outlook is set as the email program. Apply close IE and repoen.
That should fix it.
