I recently upgraded from XP Home to XP Pro. I also got
the RAID feature set up nicely.
Now, I have changed the way my DVD-RW and CD-RW drives
are connected. First I had the DVD as Master and the CD-
RW as slave on the Secondary IDE socket on the mobo. I
changed that the other way around and the drives are now
set up the way it was recommended from different sources.
But I did that afetr I installed XP Pro (I think, not
sure) and now when I right click on a document or folder
and choose send to, the option "E:" is now corrupted and
no longer valid ("E:" is the DVD-RW). A window opened and
said the shorcut to drive E: is no longer valid and it
gave me an option to fix it but it did not work. Is there
another way to fix this or do I need to repair it by
installing XP with the repair option?
Thanks for helping me out here!!
