Send to Compressed (Zipped) Folder Not Working

Hi!

On my computer only the administrators can use the Send To:
Compressed (Zipped) Folder. When a regular user tries it
allows them to click on it (it's not grayed out) but when
they do an error comes up. It works fine on administrator
accounts though. Is there some right or privelage I can
give them so they can use this?

Thanks for you quick reply. Sorry I'm not sure the exact
