Hi there, Can someone shed some light on how to fix this
annoynace:
Each time I check for messages using MICROSOFT OUTLOOK the
window pops up:
Enter Network Passowrd
with three fileds:
Server (the server name is listed)
User Name (the user name is already entered)
Pasword (the pasword is already entered as *******)

During each session of checking for new messages this
window pops up at least two times, but more often 5-6 and
up to 8 so far.

Can anybody give some clues? This is driving me nuts...
Local glorious MS support are only prepared to do it for
money...

Thanks in advance,

Leo

I have been going crazy with the same problem for days.
(I have spent HOURS trying to fix this by following
articles saying that it occurs because the system
registry is not updated with the needed user and
password. That's why it doesn't save it.)
I have been through the keys or the registry and it has
not helped.

I am of the opinion it is a major bug in this software
because it works automatically some times and then not
again the rest of the time.
Its as if this pop up is triggered before the password
and user can be recognized and once its triggered it wont
allow access until the data is fed into it or the o.k. is
clicked.

(I'm ready to downgrade again !)

If there is anyone out there who can help us with this..
Desperate.
Al
