send/receive windows mail

I have set up my windows vista email client, but if I want to view any
incoming email, I must select send/receive from the menu at the top. Is
there some way of making send _and_ receive the default?

Click on Tools/Options and you will get a menu where this is one of the
selections. After you select it, click on Apply.
