Send/ receive warning

When I send an email (forward,reply or new) it stays in the outbox and
resends over and over until I manually delete it from the outbox. When I
chech the task, there is a Warning under status for sending. (no error
message or error number). Been using for a couple of years and just started
happening. Using Norton antivirus and full system scan shows no problems.
 
KB... check your SMTP (outgoning Server) and eventually you have to
authenticate for the outgoing server:
Tools | E-Mail Accounts... | View or change existing e-mail accounts |
Select your E-Mail-Account | Button: Change | Button: More Settings... | Tab:
Outgoing Server | Select: My outgoing server (SMTP) require authentication
and select: Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
