send/receive troubles AGAIN!!!!!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled my anti virrus.
I have removed and setup my mail servers and keep getting errors
?????????

The message indicates you put in the wrong server name...
POP3 is the proper protocol, but the server name shouldn't include the "3".
Try 'pop.broadband.rogers.com'
