Send/Receive Status

It used to automatically always show the progress window when clicking on
send/receive. Now, i have to scroll down to the show progress link. How do i
get it back to where it shows me automatically?
 
Sorry, i am using Outlook 2007

Depends on the version of Outlook but which you did not mention.

In OL2002, Tools -> Send/Receive Settings -> Show Progress. Disable the
"Don't show this dialog" option.
