Send/Receive does not work - Outlook 2007

Hi!

Today my Outlook stopped receiving and sending messages at all.
- I can't send/receive any messages - the "Send/Receive" button does not
react at all.
- Also, I cannot enter the Send/Receive settings in Outlook options. The
"Send/Receive" button in the Options tab does not response.
- No errors or conflicts found by the Office Diagnostic Tools.

Yeah, account settings are fine. I've just made tests for all accounts and
Outlook was able to connect and send test messages.
 
Oh, and I am also not able to configure the Send/receive Groups.
Seems I'm not able to open any feature related to Sending/Receiving messages.
 
Oh, forgive me - I didn't notice this part of your reply.
I've just followed your advice concerning the srs file, restarted everything
and it worked!
Seems the file was broken...
