Send/Receive button

I'm migrating to a new computer with WinXP Pro and OL2003, and trying to get
the Send/Receive button to behave the way it did on my old machine (which
ran the same software).

I've placed the Send/Receive button that has the down-arrow next to it on my
tool bar. On my previous machine, when I simply pressed the Send/Receive
part of that button (not the arrow) it checked all four of my mailboxes.

On the new machine, when I press that part of the button, it drops down the
menu, and then I press Send/Receive All to have it check my mailboxes. I
know there's a way to get it to check my amilboxes in one step instead of
two - that's how my old machine did it - but I can't remember how I got it
to do that.

Anyone know what I forgot?

Tools menu > Options > Mail Setup tab > Send/Receive button. Set up your
Send/Receive group (which accounts you want to automatically send/receive).
Then, when you press your Send/Receive button on your toolbar, those
accounts will send/receive.

I alread did that. The problem seems to be that my Send/Receive toolbar
button is "connected to" the down-arrow. On my previous computer, using the
same software, I had the option of clicking on the left side of the button,
which automatically sent and received all the accounts I'd set up, or
clicking on the arrow on the right side of the button, which dropped down a
menu.
