Send & receive box

I have done something to collapse or hide my send and receive box along the
top of the page. Can someone please help me here. With appreciation

What do you mean by "collapse"?
 
maybe tools menu, send and receive, send and receive settings... show
progress? click the push pin so it comes up every time.
