I used to right click on the files I wanted to attach, and it used to open my
OExpress mail and I could resize the pictures and mail them. But now,
something happened that instead of this process taking me to the OEXPRESS, it
takes me to my hotmail account. I already checked my preferences, and Outlook
Express is set to my main email program. Any idea?
Someone help me please!

I cannot guarantee it, but the following method may work:

How do I make OE my default mail client?

Go to...Start / Run...and enter the following:
"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /reg<
(copy paste everything between the > < but not including the > <)
(But first...Check the path to msimn.exe to make sure it is correct)

Click...OK...

Then open Internet Explorer and go to...Tools / Internet Options /
Programs tab...and set OE as the default mail (and news) program.

Good luck.

Two more possible commands are:

"%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg

regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msoe.dll"
