send out a distribution list with a bcc option only rule

What I would like to achieve is to be able to send out emails from a specific
distribution list as a bcc outgoing email option only. So my question is how
do I create a rule from scratch where I can only send these emails for this
particular list as a bcc option only?

How do I create this rule to send out emails as a bcc and that no other
option may appear in sending out these group emails from to a distribution
list?

The version of my product is Microsoft Outlook Office Professional Edition
2003
 
Outlook's rules have no functionality like that . It would be up to you to
put the DL name in the Bcc box for each message.
