Send on behlaf of

I have a problem where a user can send on behlaf of 2 other user but
only the one shows the
message "this message was sent on behlaf of user by sender" .The other
just send the mail and it looks like it comes from the user that it was
sent on behlf of.

I have a suppistion that it is a rights issue or to much rights.

For the mailbox where the "on behalf of" doesn't appear, the sender has
owner rights, I believe. For the other two, the rights are more
restrictive.

Check on the Exchange server to see if there are "Send As" rights.
