Hi All,

I'm having an odd issue with the "Send on behalf" feature in Outlook.
First off the Outlook client we are using is 2000 and the server
Exchange 5.5 all within a AD domain. What happens is when a user is
setup as a delegate with the send on behalf of rights it does not
always work properly. If it works or not seems to depend on what Inbox
the rights are granted for. Let's say there are 3 users 1, 2 & 3. User
3 is the one I wish to send of behalf of. I go through the steps as
per the Microsoft documentation found here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/234696/EN-US/ to setup #2 to send on
behalf of #3 but what happens is the email is sent to the recipients
fine with no errors but the from field only displays #3's username and
not that it has been sent by #2 on behalf of #3. The odd thing is if
I setup #2 to send of behalf of #1 using the exact same steps all of
the information shows up fine when viewed by the recipient. I'm
thinking there is something that needs to be cleaned up on the server
side for #3's account but I'm not sure where to look for such a
utility. Has anyone run into this before or have any suggestions which
does not include re-creating #3's account (it's the owners).
Thanks in Advance….
