Is there an easy way to send mail to every contact in your Outlook or OE
address book?

- Dan

In Outlook, you can switch to an unfiltered table view of your Contacts
folder (such as By Category), select all items (CTRL+A), then click Actions
| New Message to Contact. Of course, your ISP may have a limit on how many
recipients you can send to in a single message.

Thank you.
I realize the same request of OE may be off-topic for this NG, but I can't
locate an OE NG.

Do you know if the same task can be performed using OE?

- Dan

I don't know the answer for this in OE, but I can direct you to a few places
that may be able to provide the answers you need. Try an OE newsgroup such
as microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress (for OE 6). If
your ISP's news server doesn't carry the Microsoft groups you need, add the
"msnews.microsoft.com" news server to your newsreader.

If you're viewing the newsgroups via Microsoft Communities, the OE
newsgroups are buried under Internet Applications | Internet Explorer
(choose your IE version number), or click the following link to go directly
to the IE product groups:

http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp?icp=InternetExplorer

You will also find a lot of valuable information at
http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com. Good luck!
